As a potential leader in a recognized organization, I have understood the importance of the culture with the entity in achieving the objectives. I put the sustainability initiative to the culture of the organization. Code of ethics with the entity and also the day to day operations are arranged in a manner which addresses the concept of the sustainability (Flemming and Flemming, 2017). ESG is outlined from the reports of the organization while informing the valuable investors on the keen on the concept by the company leadership and other crew. So, I makes the sustainability is a significant part of the company’s culture.
Key performance indicators are applied in any
organization in chasing the organizational objectives. As the leader I am in
the position to set those key performance indicators in which the management
should be expertise. As a sustainable leader I set the KPIs that are totally in
line with the sustainability. Even if some targets are short term, it is not
tried to set the targets which are aggressively chasing the profit motive
without considering other critical factors. As a leader you should also be
keener on the others in the organization to ensure whether they follow the
sustainability related procedures (Stephenson, 2021).
