Futuristic nature of leadership

            

                 I am a futuristic leader. It is highly influencing the sustainable leadership. Here, it is important to consider the definition given by the World Commission on Environment and Development on the sustainable leadership. Sustainable leadership is the leadership that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs (Price, 2021). I am highly concerning on the effective and efficient usage of the valuable resources of the environment in a manner that preserve them.

            Chief of staff in PepsiCo, Prisca is more futuristic leader who took more efforts to ensure the sustainability of women and girls in the society those who are having a critical role in making the world a better place. Futuristic mindset of Prisca resulted in more funds for those needed guys in the society which was accredited by the sustainability focused organizations.
