In order that meeting with the organizational objectives, leader should be respectful for others in the society. There are different kinds of people in different levels of society. Without discriminating them I am having the respect towards them all which is a basic characteristic that needs to be there with the sustainable leader. As a rich guy, I should not treat the poor people as the individuals those who should consume the low quality items. It should be ensured the qualities of the products produce under the leadership to have the benefits for all stakeholders.
