Taking the front in matters

            

                 Leader is the individual who guides all the resources of the entity. In guiding those towards the sustainability leader should go into the ground at first. As a leader I am having that eagerness in taking the front line of all the efforts which empower others to be encouraged on the matter. Otherwise just giving advices and seeing how the rest performs the activities do not provide the sufficient courage for rest of subordinates with me. All the leaders should understand that reality as otherwise the procedures will not be fruitful.

                Cathy, director of sustainability at Eastman can be identified as a proper guide for the employees and other resources of the organization. She was a motivator who guides the resources to the sustainability objectives. Further she appreciated the crew always in achieving the milestones which was a critical feature behind her leadership in achieving the objectives as expected.
