Focus of sustainable leadership

            

                Accordingly, sustainable leadership does not focus only on the economic behavior of the organization but the environmental behavior and the responsibilities to the community as a whole (Avery and Bergsteiner, 2011). As a leader I am having the sensitivity on environment and the community those who are living in the society. When leader is having the sensitivity on the survival of others he does not involve in the operations which are harming for others. In prevailing business environment, it can be identified that some entrepreneurs manufacture the food items that are with the synthetic components which affect the long term survival of the individuals while they are not consuming those products. But the sensitive leadership for the environment and community does not involve in such practices for just generating the profits for investors (Dzwairo, Nombela and Perumal, 2017).
