As a female I am more open on the things that I do. In chasing the sustainability, leadership can become more open as all the efforts of the entity are ensuring the benefits for all (Flemming and Flemming, 2017). Therefore, my openness is influencing the sustainability as I cannot hinder the things that will have bad impacts on the stakeholders. Integrity with me is also advantageous to meet with the sustainability related goals. Openness of the leadership motivates the critical stakeholders such as employees and customers to have more reliability on their leadership. Then they will also provide more support to step towards the targets which are beneficial for them all.
Sustainability leader of Google, Kate can be identified as a leader that chases the sustainability with the openness. Further she was more passionate in coming up with the strategic changes to the organization and circular economy. Worldwide operation of Google is becoming more sustainable one due to the initiative of Kate.
